Praluent
Praluent was an FDA-approved cholesterol-lowering therapy developed by Sanofi and Regeneron. As Senior UX/UI Designer and Creative Strategist, I helped shape the product launch by designing responsive digital experiences and marketing materials for both patients and healthcare professionals while ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
The Challenge
The launch coincided with a competing product entering the market, requiring the campaign to stand out while meeting aggressive tradeshow deadlines and strict regulatory approval processes. The experience also needed to educate audiences about LDL cholesterol and clearly communicate the benefits of Praluent.
The Solution
Working closely with strategy, creative, and medical review teams, I helped develop the campaign concept, designed responsive websites for patients and physicians, and created launch assets including digital experiences, video direction, iPad applications, packaging, and tradeshow materials. I also established a streamlined production workflow that reduced revision cycles while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Results
The launch successfully delivered a cohesive, multi-channel experience across digital and physical touchpoints while meeting critical deadlines and regulatory requirements. The production workflow reduced review time, minimized artwork revisions, and became a model for improving efficiency on future pharmaceutical launches.
